However here's the weird part: Lucian the Divine is assasinated by black ring and they blamed it on dragon knights, because they were his bodyguards or something. We are playing 50-100 (?) years after D:OS2. "Divinity 2" Doesn't take place before D:OS2, it's after in lore even tho the game is older.
So I guess they didn't think about that part of the lore when making Dragon Commander, not too relevant to the current lore D:OS2 added.Īnd the lore only gets even more inconsistent on other games: But those races shouldn't be around until eternals get sent to void and eternal "gods" create them. I didn't play it, but like you said dragon commander is so much in the past in lore that eternals are still around, but there are elves and dwarves and lizards. Big Spoiler alert from D:OS2, start to finish.
